Does SECO help with disability-related accommodations?
SECO is committed to providing an outstanding experience for all participants at its live events. We strive for full access to the activities of these events based on an awareness of participants, needs and appropriate planning. We ask that requests for reasonable accommodations at our live events be made no later than February 12, 2025, so we may best accommodate individual needs and requirements.
SECO will provide limited manual wheelchairs to any attendees requesting assistants on or before February 12, 2025. Send your request to events@secostaff.com. After February 12, 2025 and on-site you can request these services directly through the GWCC at the information desk by SECO registration counters on Level 4 of the GWCC. If you require a Scooter (automated), these arrangements can be made directly through Mobility Georgia via https://mobilitygeorgia.com/conventions . Once all arrangements have been made you will pick up your scooter from the FedEx Office located in the International Lobby of the GWCC.
Onsite requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited.
