Levy Restaurants is the official caterer of the GWCC. All food and beverages distributed from your booth must be ordered from Levy Restaurants. Distribution or sale of food and beverages from sources other than Levy Restaurants is prohibited. Refer to the GWCC Levy Restaurants Catering Menu in the GWCC Form section of the Exhibitor Service Manual for further information.
CompuSystems (CSI) is SECO’s Official Lead Management Service for SECO 2025. CompuSystems offers multiple ways to gather leads during the show. Access full details on ordering CompuSystems Lead Retrieval Systems in the Exhibitor Service Manual or order directly online.

Yes, you can furnish your booth yourself or you can rent furniture through Shepard Exposition Services through the Exhibitor Service Manual.
Booth carpet/flooring and utilities are NOT included with booth package. SECO will be providing aisle carpet for SECO 2025. Booth Flooring is MANDATORY for Exhibit booths. Carpeting can be ordered through Shepard Exposition Services via the Exhibitor Service Manual.
No, electrical is not included with the exhibit space. All electrical and power must be ordered through the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC). Information on ordering can be found in the GWCC section in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Compressed Air, Water, Drain and Natural Gas can also be ordered through the GWCC Engineering Department at www.gwcca.org. Discounted rates are available 21 calendar days prior to the first day of show opening.
All orders for network, telephone & WiFi must be ordered through CCLD, the official provider of these services for the GWCC. Information on ordering can be found in the GWCC section, under CCLD, in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Discounted rates are available 21 calendar days prior to the first day of show opening. Complimentary WiFi will be available in the common space at the GWCC.
The Exhibitor Service Manual was distributed to contracted exhibitors in October 2024. Standard deadlines will be applicable. If you have not received the link, please reach out to Grayson Lutz at glutz@secostaff.com to request it.
SECO 2025 will be held in Hall A of the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), located at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30313.
Business Casual. Please keep in mind the Exhibit Hall and session rooms do tend to get cool. Come prepared.
Show badges are required for all booth personnel and will be printed onsite and available for pick-up in the Registration Area. Personnel should bring their registration confirmation email with them to receive their printed badge. Exhibitors are allotted five (5) complimentary exhibit personnel badges per 10×10 booth space (100 sq. ft.). Note: Badges may only be ordered once the booth fee is paid in full.
YES! We encourage it. Offer your customers complimentary access to the SECO 2025 Exhibit Hall by providing them with a SECO discount code to use while registering at attendseco.com/register. Look for a future email from SECO containing the discount code.
Based on your allotment, additional exhibitor personnel registrations are $10. If you are interested in upgrading to a full conference pass, you can do so through the Exhibitor Registration link. You can also register for the Saturday Night President’s Celebration for an additional $75.

The Exhibit Hall closes at 4:00PM on Saturday, March 1. Shepard Exposition Services will immediately begin returning cardboard and plastic empties to booths and finally crates are returned. This process takes approximately 4 hours and is usually complete by 8:00PM. All Carriers must check in to the marshaling yard prior to 11:00AM on Sunday, March 2 to ensure that all exhibits are out of the hall by 12:00PM.

Students
Each year, SECO hosts opportunities during the annual Congress. SECO 2025 will be held February 26 – March 2 in Atlanta, Georgia, and this year’s features include:
- Students can attend ANY course that has an open seat, including hands-on workshops. While some large sessions can be pre-registered, most courses are based on on-site seating availability.
- There are free breakfast, lunch, and dinner symposiums with meals available during the Congress.
- The exclusive FREE Student Board Review Program is also available during the SECO Congress, and prior to SECO via webinars.

- EXCLUSIVE! Blended NBEO Part 1 Board Review! We are excited to offer this rapid-fire prep course for all students, an excellent opportunity to assess your strengths and weaknesses as you prepare for Part I. With a concentration in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and pharmacology, the program consists of 10 hours, including 3 hours of concentrated review and 2 hours of study strategy sessions at SECO 2025 on Saturday, March 1. Are you attending SECO 2025? We’re excited to offer $250 travel grants to help optometry students like you make it to Congress. The grants are designed to help ease the cost of your trip, but spaces are limited, and we’re still determining how many we’ll be able to provide. Don’t miss your chance—apply today for the opportunity to receive one of these grants!

- Applications are open now, but availability is limited—apply early to improve your chances!
We encourage all interested students to submit their applications as soon as possible. Final decisions will be communicated by January 13, 2025.

The SECO 2025 Poster Program application process is complete for this year. We hope you will check back with us for the SECO 2026 Poster Program, as the deadline to submit for the 2026 program will be November 30, 2025, via attendseco.com.

- Friday Night evening events include the Alumni Events and the new Eye Tunes Battle of the Bands featuring the Bad Habits and the Rose Bengal Band.

Yes! SECO University is our online education resource center featuring online CE, including video courses of SECO Special Sessions, audio course recordings, multimedia posters, and more.
We are excited to welcome students to SECO 2025 and pleased to offer complimentary attendance. If you are a student currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, you are eligible to attend SECO 2025 without any registration costs.
We believe in fostering the growth and development of future optometric professionals, and this is one of our ways of showing commitment to the next generation of eye care specialists. SECO 2025 provides an invaluable platform to engage with leading professionals in the field, gain insights, and stay updated with current industry trends.
To process your free registration, residents and students will need to provide appropriate credentials in order to gain entry to the Show floor and affiliated sessions at SECO 2025. Residents can provide a letter from their Resident Director. Students can provide a copy of their Student ID or an acceptance letter for their school. These items can be uploaded during the process of registration, and you can log into your registration at anytime and upload via the ConnectME Dashboard.
Optometry Students only: Please note, you may attend any course if space is available by utilizing our standby process. For any courses you wish to attend, please wait outside the course room until the start time; if there are available seats, you will be allowed into the course.
