The HOYA Basic Optics & Optician Training (BOOT Camp) is a fast-paced, one-day program designed for individuals new to the optometry office and seeking a practical introduction to optical fundamentals.
Through interactive workshops and real-world scenarios, participants experience a full day in the life of an optician. Covering frame selection, prescription basics, measurements, lens selection, verification, and simple adjustments.
This course is ideal for practices onboarding new team members or cross-training staff to assist with optical coverage when needed.
