Can we hold a meeting or event over the SECO dates?

SECO International welcomes the opportunity for exhibitors to engage with SECO 2026 attendees, internal teams, and key opinion leaders in optometry through independently planned events such as meetings, focus groups, or sales training sessions.  These events are directly related to internal operations or event participation.

To support a cohesive experience for all attendees, these events must be held at SECO-approved venues and are subject to the following guidelines:

  • Only confirmed SECO 2026 exhibitors and pre-approved non-exhibiting eyecare companies may host affiliate functions.
  • All events held between February 24 – March 2, 2026, in Atlanta, GA, require advance approval from SECO International.
  • Applications will be reviewed and approved based on the details provided in the submission form.
  • Do not contact affiliated hotels or venues directly to book space; all arrangements must go through SECO International.
  • No revisions or addendums to the submitted request form will be accepted after submission.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure a seamless and professional experience for all SECO 2026 participants.

Guidelines
– Must not promote or market to general conference attendees
– Not listed in official conference materials, unless requested
– May not conflict with restricted program hours
– Must be submitted for approval
– Space is subject to availability

Affiliate Function Availability Schedule

The following time blocks represent approved hours during which Affiliate Functions may be scheduled. All hours not listed below are considered restricted due to official SECO programming or partner events, and functions may not be scheduled during those times.

Tuesday, February 24                           6:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Wednesday, February 24                       6:00 AM – 8:00 AM/6:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Thursday, February 25                          6:00 AM – 7:00 AM/10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

3:45 PM – 5:45 PM/7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Friday, February 26                               6:00 AM – 7:00 AM/10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM/5:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Saturday, February 27                           6:00 AM – 7:00 AM/2:00 PM – 3:00 PM/6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Sunday, March 1                                   6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
