How to Use Your Image

Note: Your image is a high-quality PNG with a transparent background that will work on any colored background.

Step 1: Save Your Image

1. Right-click on the image file you received
2. Select "Save As" or "Save to Downloads"
3. Choose a location you can easily find (like your Desktop or Documents folder)

Step 2: Adding to Your Email Signature

Each email program is different. Click the button for your email provider below to see detailed instructions on how to add an image to your signature:

Desktop Instructions:

Mobile Instructions:

Note: Apple Mail on iPhone/iPad does not support images in email signatures. If you use Apple Mail on mobile, you'll need to set up your signature with the image on a desktop computer.

If your email provider is not listed here, we recommend checking the help documentation for your specific email service to find instructions on adding images to signatures.

Quick Tips for Email Signatures:

  • Most email programs have a signature editor in their Settings or Preferences
  • Look for an "Insert Image" or picture icon button in the signature editor
  • Browse to where you saved your image and select it
  • You may need to resize the image to fit nicely in your signature (recommended width: 200-300 pixels)
