Logging In Viewing Course Schedules and a "My Favorites List" My Favorites (Personal Schedule) Course Evaluations and Verification of Attendance

Logging In

• If it is your first time logging in, select "Create a New Account."

• The app is not related to your registration login.

• There is a series of questions and agreements that you must work through to access the app.

• Once you log in, you will remain logged in and will not have to re-enter their app password each time.

• Each time you re-open the app, they will see the blue Xiidra splash page, then the main page.

Viewing Course Schedules and a "My Favorites List"

• Your schedule is not automatically in the app. You must add courses manually using the directions below.

• To view a general listing of courses, select the "Courses" icon button (center top). Click on a course title to open the session information. Course numbers are included.

• Attendees may view by day, presentation title, course number, or speaker.

• To add a course to "My Favorites," attendees should click the star next to each course title.

My Favorites (Personal Schedule)

Course Evaluations and Verification of Attendance

• Attendees may complete their course evaluations by clicking on the "VOA" icon button. You will need to sign into CSI using the email you used to register.

• Once logged into CSI, you will see a list of evaluations you need to complete.

• All evaluations must be completed before obtaining a copy of your VOA certificate.

• If a course evaluation is not appearing for one of your registered courses, please visit the registration desk and scan the Attendance Affidavit Form QR code to submit verification that they attended. We will cross-check scan-in records before granting credit.

• All Evaluations should be completed within five days of the conference. SECO will process credits for COPE, CE Broker, and NC Opticians Board (if license # or OE Tracker # was on their registration record) within 30 days following the conference. You must submit credit to all other state boards.
