Verification of Attendance (Credit Reporting)
Important Steps to Obtain Your VOA
Step 1 - Attend Course
Attend your courses for the full amount of time. Your attendance time will be recorded via login record.
Step 2 - Complete Post-Course Evaluations
Learners must complete a post-course evaluation for each course they attend in order to receive a Verification of Attendance (VOA) certificate.
NOTE: Allow up to 24 hours after the live-streamed course has ended, for your courses to show on the post-course evaluation list. A course will not show if it is not on your registration.
Step 3 - Download VOA Copy
After completing all post-course evaluations, attendees may download a PDF copy of their VOA as proof of attendance and continuing education (CE) credit.
