What is the cancellation policy for the 2021 conference?

The cancellation policy for SECO 2021 is as follows:
If you did not purchase the optional cancellation insurance, you must submit a Cancellation Request Form no later than Wednesday, April 28, 2021 and email it to info@secostaff.com. All approved cancellations will receive a credit rollover for SECO 2022. All requests will be processed after SECO 2021 and you will receive notification of your credit rollover within 60 days of processing if approved. Credit rollovers are valid for SECO 2022 continuing education only. Please note the following:

Credit rollovers will not be granted for unused hours.
Credit rollovers can be transferred to another person from the same company.
Credit rollover will expire if not used by SECO 2022.
Credit rollovers will not be granted for no shows.
