Is there a host hotel with a group rate?

Yes. The Hyatt Regency Riverwalk Hotel.  A discount rate is available and a link with more information is provided during he registration process.

Federal Service Optometrists:

$147.00 Government rate – A government ID is required to confirm eligibility for this rate.

Non-Federal Service Optometrist/Civilian Attendee:

$239 (Single/Double Occupancy) Group Discount Rate

  • Children traveling with parents, under the age of 18 are no additional charge.
  • The group room rate above includes guest room internet and access to the Hyatt StayFit gym and rooftop pool.
