Telemedicine has emerged as an alternative to conventional, in-person care. Technology is driving the delivery of all levels of health care to a more digital, automated platform, which then provides opportunities to provide clinical services to the 20% of Americans living in rural or highly rural areas. Ideally, telehealth technologies could offer an alternative to care, thus improving access to specialty care for those living in rural areas. We will explore if the business, technical and clinical requirements impede a telemedicine program from improving outcomes through expanded access to care.

#404 MedPRO360 Presents: What is your business worth to the best buyer?

There are two primary sources of value an acquiring group can make:
1. Reimbursement rates (revenue by encounter)

This course will review these primary sources in detail and will also give an introduction to valuations to help you better prepare for large financial events.
